After a two year period of legal practice in a firm specializing in Civil Law, in 2003 Maria Antonella began working as a Trademark Attorney in one of the most important Italian IP law firms. She mainly deals with strategic protection of Trademarks, designs and copyright; trademark and design searches, filing and prosecution in Italy and abroad; contentious proceedings before the Italian PTO and the OHIM (oppositions, revocations, appeals); she also gives clients legal opinions and advice on litigation and license agreements regarding IP rights; she is also specialized in domain names dispute resolutions before the WIPO.
